My parents migrated to America when I was two years old. They came here with very little and, brick by brick, they worked to create a life full of opportunities for themselves and our family. Their hard work, dedication, honor, integrity, and faith paid off.

I’m running to be your State Representative because, after 40 years of thriving in Washington County, I fear the American Dream is at risk. As a minority, a proud American, a husband, and a father, I feel a deep sense of duty to preserve the American Dream in Oregon for future generations.

I believe that freedom, liberty and self-reliance holds the keys to success. As your next State Representative, I’ll:

• Reform education: restoring parents’ rights, returning to local control of curriculum, restoring basic education standards, and supporting school choice where the money follows the child.
• Give local law enforcement the resources they need to reduce crime, homelessness, drug and human trafficking and cut the red tape preventing access to addiction and mental health treatment in Oregon.
• Create an economic environment where small businesses and average families can thrive; by eliminating the CAT and other taxes needlessly making Oregon one of the most expensive states in the nation to live in.
• Protect the dream of home ownership in Oregon by reducing unnecessary fees, taxes and creating new pathways to increase opportunities for home ownership.
