Independent Fighter for Oregon

Monique is running for Congress because we need an experienced, bold leader in Congress who will stand up for Oregon and deliver real results for people and businesses. Career politicians have failed Oregon. Monique will be an independent voice for Oregon; not a party rubber stamp or servant to special interest groups.

Prosperous Economy

Monique’s twin sons are her inspiration. She knows the challenges of working parents and their daily hardships. Oregonians need a prosperous economy, affordable housing, quality education, law enforcement that keeps our communities safe, and a justice system that protects victims, not just criminals. Monique will be Oregon’s voice in Congress. She will fight for commonsense policies that prioritize Oregon’s economic prosperity and security through a variety of measures, including responsible stewardship and preservation of our abundant beautiful forests and rivers.

National Security, Public Safety, Crime

Having served as a senior JAG Officer with a top-secret clearance, Monique knows what it means to prioritize and deliver national security for our citizens. Our open border is draining resources and fueling disastrous conditions in Oregon: untreated addiction, unchecked crime, record trafficking of humans, deadly drugs, and homelessness. Monique is a leader who knows how to negotiate bipartisan solutions to our unique challenges.

Preserving Rights for all Oregonians

Monique believes Oregon's laws guarantee important health decisions are made between a woman and her doctor, not the government. Monique opposes a federal ban on abortion and supports access to IVF treatments and contraception. Monique will support families who are struggling in today’s economy - unable to access affordable housing, childcare, and medical care. Monique’s focus is serving Oregonians and ensuring their voices are represented in Washington.
