Advocating for our Business and Agricultural Communities
As a small business owner and parent, I am deeply focused on creating a more equitable future for my family and for yours. My platform is built upon investing in the people of Oregon and improving our quality of life. This is why I support:
- Infrastructure: Our small, rural communities are too often overlooked, which is why I will advocate for vital infrastructure funding for Yamhill and Polk Counties, where many towns are overwhelmed with traffic and other issues as we’ve grown.
- Housing: We need housing for the working class, our veterans, disabled and elderly that is safe and affordable.
- Education: Today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders. We owe a safe and stable childhood to all children; well-funded schools provide the opportunities kids need to thrive and develop as they grow.
- Healthcare: We need increased access to care, lower prescriptions prices and lower healthcare costs. Currently insurance companies make billions in profit from our sickness. I have stood my ground with insurance companies for years and I’m ready to take this fight to Salem. No one should have to choose between the care they need and being able to pay rent or buy food.
- Addiction: Our community remains in dire need of a sobering center and adequate, affordable treatment facilities. I will work with city and county leaders to bring these resources to our community.
District 24 needs a no nonsense, straight forward and solutions focused advocate from the working class that knows the daily struggle of Oregonians. This makes me the ideal representative for District 24 to “git-r-done”. Thank you for your vote!
