It’s been an honor representing you in the Oregon Legislature. As an educator and the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I understand the challenges many families are facing in our community. As your State Representative, I’m addressing these issues head-on. There’s still much work ahead, and I hope to earn your vote to serve you further.

Priorities

Addiction Crisis: This year, we took significant steps to get drugs off our streets, and we must supplement that work by also expanding treatment options and providing resources for those struggling with addiction.

Public safety: I’m committed to working closely with stakeholders to implement effective strategies that enhance public safety while promoting trust and accountability within our criminal justice system.

Affordable Housing: I will advocate for policies that increase affordable housing options, promote equitable development, and provide support for vulnerable populations facing housing insecurity.

Childcare and Better Schools: As Chair of the Child Care Alliance, I will continue advocating for enhanced childcare access, increased school funding, and initiatives to reduce educational disparities, and promote access to quality education for all Oregonians.

Economic Opportunity and Infrastructure: I will champion initiatives to support small businesses, expand workforce development programs, and create pathways to higher-paying jobs. I’ll also continue my work to fund infrastructure improvements, like more sidewalks.
