I’ve served Lane County for 23 years and am dedicated to helping improve people’s lives. As State Representative, I will connect people with the government, representing them by focusing the conversations, energy, and action on topics that matter; not divisive arguments which weaken our communities. At my core, I support conservative principles of lower taxes and protecting the 2nd Amendment, while also focusing on three critical areas:

1. Public Safety is an ongoing concern for rural communities. Supporting and funding the Lane County Sheriff’s office will enable them to patrol our communities and ensure that criminals are held accountable.

2. Supporting and investing in local businesses, particularly businesses hiring local workers – keeping local money local! Local businesses are the backbone of rural communities, who time and time again step-up to help communities in their time of need – we need to support them, particularly now as we navigate turbulent financial and economic times.

3. Education reform that improves curriculum to challenge our children to learn and think, and prepares them for their future by ensuring teachers are educated, trained and paid accordingly, while protecting parental rights.

As your Representative I pledge to uphold the Constitution, defend your rights and promote equal opportunities for everyone to pursue their lives and livelihoods.

“Charlie has served Lane County as a civic leader and police officer, and I am confident he will do a great job representing rural communities and their values in Salem.” Jay Bozievich – Commissioner, Lane County
