As Vice Chair of the Veterans committee and member of the Veterans Caucus, and as a veteran myself, I advocate for vital funding for veterans to help them and their families. A 2025 priority will be the Roseburg Veterans Home.

As Chief Sponsor of a bill to recriminalize drugs I will continue working to hold drug dealers accountable; I'll continue to support law enforcement and prioritize victims' rights while ensuring criminals are held accountable, to improve community safety. I'll continue working to reduce impacts of drugs on overdose deaths, homelessness, domestic violence, child abuse and mental health.

I'll continue working to support those who grow our food against unnecessary government intrusion and over-regulation.

I'll continue my efforts to reduce regulations and cut taxes on small businesses so they can stay open and produce jobs. I will fight to control government spending and reduce the cost of living for hard-working families.

Other priorities include working on school funding options, continuing my efforts for affordable housing for rural communities; transportation funding.
